Instinctive 3 collects information about You when You knowingly provide it to us. The Company may collect information from You when You use our Website, our Applications or deal with us by email, on the phone or any other means of communication.

Instinctive 3 does not store Your credit card details
All credit card details used for Your subscription payments for the Service are encrypted, sent to and stored directly by our Third Party billing processor to automatically bill Your credit card on a recurring basis.
Our Third Party Billing processor is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant and has the highest levels of security to ensure your credit card details are safe.
Credit card information is never processed or stored by Instinctive 3.
Service Use Information
As You navigate the Company’s Website or use Applications, Instinctive 3 may also collect information through the use of commonly used information gathering tools, such as cookies or device identifiers. Service Use Information includes standard information from Your Web browser (such as browser type and language), Your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, Your device identifier, and the actions You take on the Company’s Website (such as the Web pages viewed and the links clicked) or with the Company's Applications.
Data You provide to the Service
As You use the Service You will enter information relating to the operation of the Service which will be stored to provide ongoing, correct and efficient operation of the Service.
Where you input Data related to Your own customers, or other third parties, You are responsible for the Data accuracy, having an adequate Privacy Policy in place and collecting the correct consents.

Instinctive 3 uses credit card information solely to check the financial qualifications of prospective customers and to collect payment for the Service.

You can opt-out of email communications
Instinctive 3 sends billing information, product information, Service updates and Service notifications to You via email.
Where appropriate, email communication will contain clear and obvious instructions describing how You can opt to be removed from the specific mailing list. Instinctive 3 will remove You upon Your request.
Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their account with Instinctive 3 or the Services.
Service Use Information
Instinctive 3 uses commonly used information gathering tools to make interactions with the Company’s Website and Applications easy and meaningful.
Cookies and device identifiers
For non-Subscriber to the Service Instinctive 3 may store a Cookie on Your machine which does not identify You or give us any information about Your computer but helps us to recognise You when You re-visit our website and to co-ordinate Your access to different pages on the website. With most Internet Browsers, You can erase Cookies from Your computer hard drive, block all Cookies, or receive a warning before a Cookie is stored.
For Subscribers to the Service Instinctive 3 will store Cookies, user device identifiers, or other information which allow the Company to uniquely identify You. This is required to correctly and efficiently operate the Service.
When using Applications there may be bugs or other issues which cause the Applications not to work as expected. In these cases the Application will send detailed diagnostic information to the Service to assist with identifying the cause of any issues and providing solutions.
Instinctive 3 may use commonly used information gathering tools along with information we collect about You to provide You with information about the Company and the Services.
IP Addresses
When You visit Instinctive 3's Website or use the Applications, the Company collects Your Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses to track and aggregate non-personal information. For example, Instinctive 3 uses IP addresses to monitor the regions from which Customers and Visitors navigate the Company’s Website.

From time-to-time, Instinctive 3 engages third parties to track and analyze usage and volume statistical information from individuals who visit the Company’s Web site or use our Applications. Instinctive 3 may also use other third-party cookies to track the performance of Company advertisements. Instinctive 3 monitors Data You provide to the Service

Instinctive 3 will store Data which is entered by You, through our Website, through an Application we provide or using a third party service.

You may request that we correct personal information we hold about You that is inaccurate or out of date. If You request that we delete Your personal information, we will take all reasonable steps to do so unless we need to keep it for legal, auditing or operational purposes.

The Data entered by You remains Your property and the Company will not use nor make available for use any of this information without Your permission unless otherwise described in this privacy policy or our Terms of Service.
You control who has access to Your Data
The Data entered by You is stored securely in a database and is only accessible to any person You have authorised to use the Service unless otherwise described in this privacy policy.
You may access Your Data at any time
On request Instinctive 3 will provide You with a full export of the Data in a common file format determined by the Company.
Instinctive 3 may permanently delete Your Data 90 days after Your Serivce is suspended, You stop paying for the Service or at Your request unless we are required to keep it for legal, auditing or internal business purposes. At this point it will not longer be availabe for export.
Safeguarding Your information
Personal information and Data provided to the Service is available through our Website. You, or any Invited User, must create a password protected login for the Web site to ensure that Your Data remains secure.
It is Your responsibility to keep Your password and the devices You use to access the Service secure to ensure that there will be no unauthorised access.
Due to the sensitive nature of You information and Data we do not re-send forgotten passwords by email, nor do we provide personal information or passwords over the phone. You must follow online instructions to reset Your password if You forget it.
All passwords are encrypted. Instinctive 3 cannot see Your passwords, we can only reset them.
Sharing Information
Instinctive 3 may share Your personal information and Data with the Company's service providers or as required to comply with a legal process.
Unless described in this privacy policy, Instinctive 3 does not share, sell, rent, or trade any information provided with third parties for their promotional purposes.
Business operations
Instinctive 3 uses third party service providers in support of ongoing business operations. Services including website hosting, IT backup, payment services or other IT and supporting services. Where necessary, the Company may share personal information about You and Your Data in order to allow our service providers to provide operations in support of our business or to contact You on our bahalf.
Marketing
From time to time, Instinctive 3 may partner with other companies to jointly offer products or services. If You purchase or specifically express interest in a jointly-offered product or service from Instinctive 3, the Company may share Your personal information collected in connection with Your purchase or expression of interest with our joint promotion partner(s). Instinctive 3 stores Your Data in the location that provides ongoing, correct and efficient operation of the Service.
Where possible we attemmpt to hold Your Data in Your country of residence but we may not be able to do so in all cases depnding on the impact on delivery of the Service.
In some cases your data may be stored overseas. If it is we will endeavour to indicate which Data is held in which locations but we are under no obligation to do so.
Regardless of where personal information and Data is stored this privacy policy will remain in effect.
Data Transmission
You Data is sent securely across the Internet. All communication by the Service utilises SSL encryption with certificates supplied by trusted leaders in online security services. All Data sent between our Website, our Applications and our Service is encrypted.
The Internet itself is not a secure environment. You should only enter Data within a secure environment. This means that Your browser must support the encryption security used in connection with the Service.
Third Party Services
