Smarter missed appointment processing for Front Desk

Front Desk accounts now have smarter missed appointments processing which skips appointments where the patient did not arrive.

Using the new tracking of arrival times for patients Instinctive Notes now tracks whether a patient arrived for their appointment.

Where a patient did not arrive that appointment will not longer be set to missed at the end of the day. Instead it will be closed and will no longer appear.

The 'No Notes' tab in Instinctive Notes will no longer have appointments which should not be there making it easier to manage missed appointments.
