While Instinctive Notes could be used by a number of Allied Health professionals there were some gaps where a single patient saw multiple practitioners with different professions.

Instinctive Notes now supports true multi-profession processing, with the following updates when a patient sees practitioners of different professions:

Each profession will have their own schedule for the patient. The schedules can be completely different and will not be shown on notes recorded by a different profession
Schedules are correctly matched on the Instinctive Notes Web home page so reception staff can book future appointments with the correct profession
When copying from a previous note, fields will only copy from a note from the same profession. This means that two practitioners of the same profession can easily copy information between them while other professions stay separate and don’t interfere with the copy
This copy behaviour extends to smart copy from, where test results can be copied from the last time test results were recorded. Copying in this case only be from practitioners of the same profession
