PracSuite is the online replacement for Front Desk software and will be the focus of the Instinctive Notes integration moving forward.
All Front Desk features are supported by the PracSuite integration.
Major infrastructure upgrade
Infrastructure has been upgraded to improve performance and security of the entire Instinctive Notes service.
Connections between Instinctive Notes components have been upgraded with additional security features to more thoroughly protect all stored data.
Add MINDBODY Integration
Instinctive Notes now integrates to the MINDBODY practice management system.
The integration combines the flexibility of the MINDBODY with the compliance of Instinctive Notes.
Using the MINDBODY API critical patient and appointment information is sent to Instinctive Notes on a regular basis allowing the recording of compliant clinical notes directly against your appointment book.

Improve Performance of Attachment uploads
We have made some internal changes to improve performance of file attachments uploads. Upload authentication has moved to our Sydney data centres which will speed up both uploading from the Instinctive Notes App and Instinctive Notes Web.
Add version history to client and schedule information
All changes to client notes and schedules are now recorded as version history.
Every change to clients and schedules is now recorded, time stamped and assigned to the person making the change. This joins notes, which have had version history for some time, to ensure all details recorded for a client record are always captured.
Version history is used primarily to support Board note taking requirements.
