In Nookal patients can be linked to a single location which will hide their details from other locations. This allows practitioners and assistants to focus on the patients which are available at their specific location.

This location information is now stored on the client record in Instinctive Notes.

When signed in to the Instinctive Notes App or Instinctive Notes Web you will only see clients and client notes which align to the locations you practice in. Clients assigned to other locations will no longer appear.

Practitioners are auto-assigned locations based on where their appointments are based. There is no additional setup required to take advantage of the location visibility.

Assistants can be assigned to a location in their settings.

For larger practices this allows keeping patient and clinical note lists separated by location, reducing clutter and improving privacy.
